Medical assistant, female/male/diverse
As a Medical assistant, you will assist the doctors at Orthopedic Center Hamburg Othmarschen in the examination, treatment, care, and consultation of patients and perform organizational and administrative work. In addition, you will not only learn how to use highly complex and modern office communication technology, but you will also be trained in medical activities such as taking blood samples, administering injections, and applying bandages.
Your tasks:
- Physician´s assistance
- Registration and patient admission
- Patient care
- X-ray (digital)
- stabilizing bandages, plaster, and splint bandages
- Billing with EBM, GOÄ, and UV-GOÄ
- Medical documentation and laboratory work
- Administrative tasks
Your profile:
You are an organizational talent and maintain an overview even in stressful times. As a team player, you work hand in hand with your colleagues and always act in the interest of the general welfare of the practice. Through your empathy you take away the fear of the smallest patients and help insecure patients to feel comfortable in our practice. You are characterized by independent work, flexibility, openness, loyalty, and fair play.
Your chance:
Learn all the tasks of a Medical assistant in a modern practice where an open-door culture is actively lived. You will work in a 2-shift system with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., which will allow you to combine shopping, visits to the authorities, but also friends and family with your work without stress.
